JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. — U.S. Senator John Barrasso has taken every opportunity this past week to slam the Biden Administration for inflation gripping the nation.
“President Joe Biden has mismanaged this economy so badly that people are now trapped in this inflation nightmare in which we’re all living. We ought to do the opposite of what the president has done. He wants to blame everyone else but won’t look at the man in the mirror,” Barrasso said.
Speaking as a guest on the Fox News Channel in reaction to the President’s statement that inflation was his number one domestic concern, Barrasso didn’t see it.
“President Joe Biden didn’t say anything today that actually made me believe that he understands the full pain that the American people are living under,” Barrasso said.
Earlier in the week, on May 10, Barrasso took another shot at Biden for out of control price at the pump.
“This morning, Americans woke up to the highest gas prices in our history. The pain caused by Biden admin inflation has become a breaking point for millions of Americans. Republicans are ready to grow the economy again, get energy flowing again, and get Americans working again,” Barrasso said.
