Most town/county park restrooms closing for season
JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. — Teton County/Jackson Parks & Recreation is in the process of blowing out irrigation systems for the season. That means closing of restrooms at most town and county parks.
Winterization of seasonal infrastructure will close restrooms at all town/county parks starting Monday, October 4, with the exception of Miller Park and Emily’s Pond restrooms which are open year-round; Stilson restroom which will close October 15 (Mountain Resort to reopen for winter season); Wilson and South Park Boat Ramp restrooms which will close on October 31.
Winter prep includes increased agronomic practices occurring in parks over the next month to ensure turf health and successful overwintering.
