JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. — Wyo22/Teton Pass will be closed tomorrow, January 6 at noon for avalanche hazard mitigation.
All parking lots should be clear by 8pm tonight. This will be strictly enforced. Travelers and backcountry users are advised to plan accordingly.
The Pass may close earlier if weather persists or avalanche conditions escalate.
US 191/189 Hoback River Canyon will be closed tomorrow, January 6 at 6pm for avalanche hazard mitigation. The closure could be moved up due to changing weather and avalanche conditions.
Highway travelers and backcountry recreationalists are advised to plan accordingly.
