Teton Valley 6th grader designs Breezy Johnson’s race helmet
JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. — The winner of an art contest to see whose design would be worn by Jackson Hole Olympic skier Breezy Johnson was won by a 6th grader in Teton Valley.
Nathan Mortenson, 12, had his design selected from dozens of submissions. The contest was facilitated by Jackson Hole Mountain Resort through its social media channels. Mortenson is a Teton Middle School student.
Johnson will rock the new look at the ’22 Winter Olympics in Beijing.
The only thing that could make this story better for Mortenson would be to see Breezy bring that lid to the podium this winter.
