Yellowstone moves to HIGH for fire danger
JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. — Parkwide fire danger in Yellowstone has now inched up into HIGH, matching surrounding park and forest land.
The elevated level still does not come with any restrictions nor are any planned in the immediate future, say park officials. Currently, there are no fires burning in Yellowstone.
As per usual, campfires are permitted only within established fire rings in campgrounds, and in some designated backcountry campsites.
