Town launches new website
JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. — The Town of Jackson has launched a new website to provide clear information about local government and access to the many services the town provides.
The new site is parked at the old URL. It includes accessible buttons for online payments, permits, and connection to webpages about START Bus and Jackson’s Police Department. The homepage also has a news feed, links to watch meetings, see agendas, job openings, and the town’s budget. Additional menus are available for all town departments.
Included in the overall refreshed look, the new website also boasts an entire mirror site in Spanish, now available by clicking on the word Español in the top navigation bar. For this update, the town also worked closely with its website provider to revise links and URLS across the site to make them more accessible to individuals utilizing screen readers.
Town manager Larry Pardee noted, “We’re excited for a clean and clear online presence that helps us continue transparency and serve all town residents to the best of our ability.”
