Center for the Arts backs off strict COVID policy for attendance
JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. — Center for The Arts updated its COVID-19 policy, effective today, to reflect the recent decrease in COVID-19 cases in Teton County and the change in risk status to low (green). As of March 14, The Center will be easing COVID-19 protocols for all daily activities throughout the campus, including The Center Theater.
Beginning March 14, 2022:
- The Center will no longer require proof of vaccine or negative COVID-19 test to attend Center Presents events.
- Masks are no longer required in The Center Theater. Individuals may choose to wear them based on their individual comfort level.
All upcoming Center Presents events will follow these updated guidelines, including the opening reception with artist Miga Rosetti for her show Reconnection in The Center Theater Gallery on Thursday, March 17, and the Sarah Jarosz concert on Wednesday, March 23.
“We have been committed to presenting arts programming in a safe and community-minded way throughout the pandemic, and we are relieved to see such positive improvements in our local metrics,” said Executive Director, Marty Camino. “Our dedication to providing a safe and supportive environment for community members to enjoy the arts will continue, and we thank our patrons for their support, patience, and understanding over the last two years.”
Across The Center campus, Resident Organizations continue to implement their own COVID-19 policies for their respective spaces and programs. Please check with the organization whose program or event you are attending for the most up-to-date information on their current policies.
