PAWS of JH ‘adopts’ Teton Valley Animal Shelter

JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. — PAWS of Jackson Hole increased its inventory recently and Teton Valley is better for it.

Teton Valley Community Animal Shelter was ‘adopted’ by PAWS of Jackson Hole beginning 2022.

“We are so excited to announce that we, Teton Valley Community Animal Shelter have been adopted by our long time partners, PAWS of Jackson Hole, and will be operating as PAWS of Teton Valley!” the shelter stated on socials.

The new PAWS of TV will be keeping its same staff and continue to operate out of the same location at the Driggs shelter. This makes three area PAWS-run animal adoption centers—in Jackson, Driggs, and Star Valley (no physical facility).

PAWS of Jackson Hole is operational in three communities where the organization provides a variety of services including spay/neuter program, Mutt Mitt program, dog park advocacy, vet bill medical assistance, and myriad adoption support services.
