JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. — Do you have a dog or cat that needs a job? Teton County Pet Partners is hosting their next team evaluation Thursday, August 11.
To find out of your dog or cat would make a good animal therapy pet, just sign you and Fido or Fifi up for a 20-30-minute session. In order to sign up for the evaluation, you must first take the Pet Partners Online Handlers Course.
It can be a lot of fun and very rewarding for pet and owner.
Time slots are available on a first come first serve basis and fill up fast.
What TCPP does
The Teton County Pet Partners animal therapy programs put smiles on senior’s faces, ease hospital patients’ pain and help kids read. The nonprofit partners with and offers support to Community Entry Services, C-V Ranch, Children’s Learning Center, Colter Elementary School, Jackson Hole Airport, St. John’s Health, Teton County Library, Teton County Parks & Rec, Teton Literacy Center, local area high schools, and more.
