Mountain lion spotted hanging around Victor
JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. — Heads up Teton Valley. Teton County Sheriff’s Office in Idaho is advising Victor residents to be aware of a mountain lion sighted on the outskirts of town.
The most recent eyewitness report of the big cat was east of downtown Victor off Aspen Street and Deer Drive. Pet safety is the primary concern. Bring in all unsupervised pets. Letting the dog out to do his business at night is a no-no right now.
Trash, pet food, or any attractants that may interest a mountain lion should be stored away. Any livestock such as chickens or goats should be penned up tightly.
