Police need help identifying this woman in hit-and-run case
JACKSON HOLE, Wyo. — The Jackson Police Department is investigating a hit and run collision that occurred on February 14, at approximately 9:45pm, in the parking lot of Albertson’s.
Investigators studying closed circuit security video footage have ascertained that a vehicle—possibly a dark colored 2007-2014 Chevrolet Suburban—is seen pulling into the parking lot and then backing into a parking space. As the vehicle backs into the parking space it collides with the front end of a black Toyota 4Runner, causing significant damage to the 4Runner. Parts of the Suburban were also left at the scene and collected.
The driver of the Suburban then entered Albertson’s, made a cash purchase, and then returned to her vehicle. The owner of the 4Runner attempted to speak with the suspect who then left the parking lot without leaving required information to settle the collision.
The Jackson Police Department is looking for the suspect pictured here. The suspect appears to be a slender female with black hair in her 20s or 30s, wearing dark clothing.
